Godrej Summit is a 22 acre multi-storied residential development with 1154 apartments spread over 3 land parcels. Our scope was to design a wayfinding and a supporting sign design scheme for the development. Our approach towards establishing an identity system was to color code the three sites borrowing colors from the brand identity whilst keeping the overall graphic vocabulary monochromatic.
Site direction signs for the 3 sites and their color coding, magenta, blue and green. These three colors are a part of the Godrej brand identity and here they have been extended into our sign system, for site identification as a part of the site addressing strategy
These direction signs coupled with bold building identification signs make navigating withing the site, a breeze. These large building addresses are powder-coated aluminium channel wall mounted letters.
Site vehicular directions signs were designed with the information in retro-reflective vinyl base with opaque base grey vinyl overlay. This ensured that only the information was highlighted when lights from an external source hit the surface of the sign.
Interior direction signs follow the asset color coding scheme.
